What to Expect During Your Pet's Appointment
Welcome to Happy Paws Veterinary Center! Our goal is to provide exceptional veterinary care in a welcoming, low-stress environment for you and your pet. Here's everything you need to know before your visit:
Arrival and Check-In
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in. Kindly fill out all paperwork that has been emailed to you prior to your pet’s appointment. Ensure your pet is leashed or in a secure carrier for their safety. If you have any records from previous veterinary visits, please email them to drparks@happypawsvetcenter.com or bring them along with you.

We are dedicated to providing quality veterinary care, we will communicate all options for your pet's care, and ensure you have all the information to make healthcare decisions for your pet.
Kindness Guidelines
To maintain a welcoming environment, we kindly ask all clients to:
Treat staff and other clients with respect and professionalism.
Avoid using profanity or yelling.
Arrive on time or notify us in advance if you need to reschedule.
Keep pets leashed or in carriers while on the premises.
No-Show and Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. However, to ensure we can accommodate all of our patients, we kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling occur at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment and fail to show up, you will be required to put down a non-refundable exam deposit for future appointments. Additionally, if you arrive more than ten minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can provide proper care to all our patients.
Payment and Financial Policies
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Cash. We also accept CareCredit, and you can apply at www.carecredit.com. Please note that we do not accept Discover, American Express, or checks. If you have questions about costs or services, please don’t hesitate to ask our front desk team.
Post-Visit Care
After your appointment, we will provide discharge instructions and follow-up recommendations. We will also check in with you the day after the appointment to ensure your pet is doing well and to address any additional questions you may have.
